What is collected
When you submit the inquiry form, the name, email address and session details you choose to provide are collected. If you book through the scheduling tool, that provider also collects whatever it needs to process your booking and payment.
How it is used
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, to plan and deliver your session, and to send information you have asked for. It is never sold.
Who it is shared with
Known so far: Grainery hosts the portfolio galleries embedded on this site, Pixieset delivers client galleries, and payments are taken by Venmo, cash or check. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. The inquiry form and the booking system are both Grainery, so what you send through either reaches her there. Deposits taken at booking are processed by Stripe; Delaney never sees your card details. TODO — confirm the email provider.
Your photographs
Images from your session may appear in this portfolio, on social media and in marketing unless you opt out. The opt-out is in your contract, and you can request it at any time by email.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. The embedded portfolio galleries load from Grainery, which may set its own; see their policy for details. TODO — revisit if analytics are added.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing delaneyireland13@gmail.com.
